Production Team Leader / Supervisor (Semicon / MNC)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead & Supervise: Manage day-to-day operations for a team of production operators and technicians.
• Hit Targets: Plan manpower allocation and ensure daily production schedules, quality, and output targets are met.
• Minimize Downtime: Monitor line performance, solve daily operational issues, and conduct shift briefings.
• Safety & Quality: Enforce strict compliance with EHS safety policies and company quality standards.
• Team Development: Train, coach, and guide line personnel to improve skills and efficiency.
• Cross-collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Planning teams to resolve production issues.
• Improvement: Support 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement activities on the shop floor.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Electronics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience (Semiconductor, Electronics, or Precision Engineering preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role managing operators/technicians.
• Strong familiarity with shop-floor operations and manpower planning.
• Good communication and hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
