Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily production operations by monitoring delivery commitments, resolving quality issues, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth production flow
Manage production administration activities including WIP reporting, material kitting, overtime arrangements, and validation of production staff time records in TMS.
Support workforce development by maintaining skill matrix, managing bottleneck processes, and identifying technicians/operators for skill progression and competency enhancement
Organizing and storing administrative inventory, managing stock levels, and conducting regular audits.
Maintaining safety equipment. E.g. First aid kits, fire extinguishers.
Involved in identifying and participating in miscellaneous procurement and liaison with Finance.
Perform tasks and other duties including manual tasks as required and/or as directed by Production Manager
Assisting new hires on board and managing general facilities area, such as water dispenser/lockers/rack
Notify Production Manager immediately of any events or conditions which put at risk the company objectives, requirements and policies including quality, safety and environmental related issues.

Work is performed independently, with minimal supervision. Able to establish priorities and manage time to complete work.
Collaboration with other departments or teams may be required to perform role. May frequently respond to requests from others, internally or externally.
Ability to understand and interpret written and oral procedures in English. Bilingual in Mandarin tunning a plus.
Impact of decisions may affect the department. Errors may result in loss of time, resources and/or customer satisfaction.
Work Experience:
Typically requires a minimum of two years of related experience.
Soft skills such as Microsoft Office, teams and outlook are required.
Knowledge of SAP is referred.
Education and Certification(s):
High School Diploma or equivalent ITE certification
Distinguishing Characteristics:
May require standing for prolonged periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
