About the Role
We are looking for a Production Support Engineer to manage and support enterprise Output Management Services (OMS) and printing platforms within a regulated banking environment.
This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, security, and performance of production printing and output distribution services. You will provide operational support, deployment activities, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives for mission-critical banking platforms.
Based in Singapore, you will work closely with regional and global teams to support day-to-day operations and contribute to the evolution of the OMS ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise printing and output management platforms.
- Monitor production systems and ensure platform availability, performance, and operational stability.
- Manage incidents, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Support deployment, configuration, patching, and maintenance activities across OMS platforms.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and operations teams to resolve system and service issues.
- Participate in change management, release management, and production readiness activities.
- Ensure operational processes comply with banking security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Support daily production operations, batch processing, and output distribution services.
- Automate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and operational run books,
- Participate in on-call support and production incident management when required.
- Collaborate with teams across multiple regions and time zones.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8 - 10 years of experience in Production Support, Application Support, or Infrastructure Support roles.
- Experience in banking operations or regulated financial environments.
- Knowledge of enterprise scheduling, monitoring, and middleware tools.
- Exposure to production deployments and release activities.
- Understanding of operational resilience and disaster recovery processes.
