Production Support Analyst (L2/L3)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Support Analyst to provide L2/L3 production support for a suite of business-critical applications.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring application stability, monitoring system performance, managing incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and supporting production releases. You will collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to maintain highly available and reliable systems while driving continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications.
• Monitor application health, performance, and availability using monitoring and alerting tools.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, minimizing business impact and downtime.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
• Partner with Development, Infrastructure, QA, and Business teams to resolve production issues.
• Support application releases, deployments, and production changes.
• Analyze system performance and recommend tuning and optimization improvements.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and support procedures.
• Support end users and stakeholders by troubleshooting application-related issues.
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Must‑Have Experience

• Must be a Singaporean Citizen.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Platform Support, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with: SQL, Unix/Linux. Python, AWS, Git, CI/CD tools and pipelines
•  Proven experience with monitoring tools, managing incidents, and conducting root cause analysis.
•  Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
•  Experience working within Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience within banking, financial services, asset management, or investment management environments.
• Exposure to Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
• Experience with cloud automation and containerized environments on AWS.
• Knowledge of performance, risk, portfolio analytics, or sustainability reporting platforms.
•  ITIL certification or formal incident management experience.
