Our Central Kitchen is hiring a Supervisor to oversee its operations.
We are a specialty high end Sze Chuan Hotpot restaurant.
Our central kitchen is responsible for pre-producing the food items, sauces and also conditions which we use in our restaurant
Requirement:
At least 3 years experience working in a central kitchen
Able to work shift timings
Open to work in either day or night shift as scheduled
Experience in food preparation
Good Knife Skills to process food items
Backgroung in Szechuan culinary concept in required
Understand the use of traditional Szechuan spices in food production
Able to work with Chef to come up recipes
Ensure food freshness an quality
Ensure that the central kitchen is kept up to the highest hygiene standards
Able to work and manage staffs from diverse backgrounds
