Production Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

. Oversee daily production operations to ensure output targets are met.

. Ensure production schedules are followed and completed on time.

. Monitor workflow efficiency and adjust resources when necessary.

. Ensure all products meet company quality standards and specifications.

. Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to maintain product quality.

. Investigate production defects or issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

. Maintain proper documentation and records for internal and external audits.

. Enforce workplace safety policies and regulations at all times.

. Maintain accurate production records and inventory usage reports.

. Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements :

. Minimum 1 year of working experience in a manufacturing or chemical production environment.

. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

. Able to handle and operate chemical production processes safely and efficiently.

. Willing to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.

. Able to work overtime when required.
