Job Summary
We're hiring a food manufacturing production supervisor to lead a production team, manage schedules, ensure quality standards, and maintain machinery for smooth factory operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise production workers to ensure smooth and efficient factory operations
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production schedules and manpower allocation to meet production targets
- Train new factory workers to develop competence in assigned tasks and improve team performance
- Collaborate with the Quality Control department to maintain and enhance product quality standards
- Analyze production data to identify issues and implement solutions to optimize manufacturing processes
- Prepare production and ISO compliance reports accurately and timely
- Inspect finished products regularly to verify adherence to established quality standards
- Oversee maintenance work and schedule to ensure machinery remains in good working condition
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Engineering, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in machinery or manufacturing environments
- Proven managerial or supervisory experience in a factory setting
- Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment
- Effective communication skills
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience with ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP will be an advantage
Other Information
- Work schedule: 6 days per week
