Production Supervisor (Electronics Manufacturing/ East Area)

• Lead and supervise a group of operators/leaders to ensure smooth operation.
• Achieve daily production schedule with minimum yield loss.
• Initiate manpower deployment.
• Enforce discipline and safety on the shop floor.
• Prioritization of models base on the urgent need's basis.
• Promote Safety awareness.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering
• Prefer 2 - 3 years supervisory experience in manufacturing environment.
• Good interpersonal, team-building and supervisory skill.
• Good communication, and report-writing skill.
• Proactive and process good problem-solving skill.
