- Normal working hour, open to work on 12 hours rotating shift if needed.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production support activities to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
- Manage production schedules, raw material availability, packaging, and inventory to support uninterrupted manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational and business objectives.
- Monitor production performance, inventory levels, and resource utilisation, while identifying opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Lead and supervise technicians and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Perform SAP transactions, maintain accurate operational records, and prepare production, inventory, and performance reports.
- Drive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, automation, and digitalisation initiatives to optimise plant performance.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, Safety Management Systems, environmental regulations, and statutory requirements.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, chemical, or process plant operations.
- Good understanding of production planning, inventory management, process operations, workplace safety, and SAP or other ERP systems.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and committed to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
- Willing to work rotating shifts (AM/PM), including weekends and public holidays when operationally required.
