Responsibilities:
- Lead operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant performance.
- Oversee incident investigations, troubleshooting, process control, and emergency response.
- Act as Site Main Controller (SMC) during after-hours emergencies.
- Manage terminal inventory systems, permit-to-work coordination, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with SHEQ, VF standards, and all regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
- Lead audits (customer, ISO, THA, safety) and ensure timely readiness and compliance.
- Manage manpower planning, workflow scheduling, and inter-departmental coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and expectations professionally.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to strengthen operational competency.
- Conduct staff performance reviews, JCP assessments, and close competency gaps.
- Support training initiatives as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and promote ACE programs.
- Lead the team positively through change management and succession planning.
- Supervise and guide technicians and contractors to ensure operational excellence.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Open to work shift (12 hours)
- At least 5 years of experience in Chemical/Petrochemical plant experience
