• Optimize Performance: Operate, calibrate, and fine-tune machinery for reliable, top-tier output.

• Prevent Downtime: Conduct proactive maintenance, spotting potential issues before they become problems.

• Solve Issues: Diagnose and repair faults across mechanical, electrical, and automated systems with precision.

• Safety: Rigorously test and maintain all safety systems to protect yourself and the team.

• Drive Improvement: Maintain accurate logs and documentation to help us continuously work smarter.

• Expertise: Empower equipment operators with technical knowledge for safe and confident daily use.

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Proven skill in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and making precise mechanical adjustments.

• A strong advantage if you have experience with PLC-controlled systems or electrical repair. (We provide training for the right person!)

Night Shift: 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM

• Choose a pattern that fits you: Work 4, 5, or 6 days per week.
