Production Controller
Responsible for production planning, ERP data accuracy, and supply chain coordination to ensure on-time delivery, inventory optimisation, and effective resolution of operational constraints within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end planning for assigned products and components.
- Maintain accurate and timely ERP/MRP system data.
- Drive on-time delivery through effective production scheduling.
- Identify and resolve supply chain risks and delays.
- Monitor load and capacity constraints propose mitigation actions.
- Optimise inventory levels while reducing delivery risks.
- Coordinate with planning, manufacturing, and logistics teams.
- Support SIOP processes with reliable planning inputs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and planning standards.
- Analyse bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Comfortable working at Tukang manufacturing plant.
- Degree or relevant qualification (e.g. APICS) or equivalent experience.
- Experience in production planning or supply chain operations.
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
- Understanding of load and capacity planning concepts.
- Ability to manage delivery commitments under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Cross-functional knowledge (manufacturing, quality, procurement).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI or similar tools.
- Good data analysis and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge or exposure to digital/AI tools is an advantage.
