Production Planner

Who are we

Yuxiang Building Materials Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based steel reinforcement fabrication company specialising in cut & bend services and prefabricated reinforcement solutions for construction and infrastructure projects. We support major contractors and developments with a focus on quality, safety, operational efficiency, and timely delivery. To plan and coordinate production schedules, material availability, and capacity to meet delivery commitments efficiently and safely.

Key Duties:

• Develop daily/weekly production plans based on orders, priorities, and capacity.

• Coordinate with Procurement/warehouse for material availability and production readiness.

• Monitor production progress and adjust plans to address changes and constraints.

• Maintain planning data in ERP/systems and prepare planning reports/KPIs.

• Support continuous improvement in planning accuracy, lead time, and on-time delivery.

• Create production schedule and issue work orders/production instructions.

• Track WIP and update stakeholders on plan changes and delivery risks.

• Coordinate with Production Supervisor/Manager on manpower and machine capacity.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain/Engineering/Operations or equivalent.

• 2-5 years production planning experience manufacturing environment preferred. ERP/MRP experience an advantage.
