Our client, a global leader in automated testing, packaging, and quality assurance equipment for the electronics sector, is seeking a Supply Chain Planner. Operating from their global headquarters in Singapore, they are looking to add a driven planning professional to their manufacturing team.

about the job

• Master Production Scheduling: Establish the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to align with S&OP and customer delivery requirements.

• Workflow Orchestration: Synchronize cross-departmental production timelines and execute job demand loading for complex equipment builds.

• Material Readiness: Conduct rigorous component availability checks to guarantee a zero-stoppage assembly workflow.

• BOM & Capacity Analysis: Evaluate Bills of Materials (BOM) and plant capacity to define optimal manufacturing routings.

• ECO Management: Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECO) on the shop floor, coordinating part phase-ins to minimize scrap.

• Expediting & Reporting: Resolve production bottlenecks, perform schedule recovery, and track KPIs like Plan vs. Actual (PVA).

skills and experience required

• Preferably talents with a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related) and 2 to 5 years of production planning experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel is required.
