Job Description

Review and advise if production is able to meet customer required date for new loading.
Work with Production team to ensure that Production is executing to plan.
Adjust production planning for any Pull In or Push out by project team Or production unable to meet schedules.
Review and update plan to production accordingly.
Be the window for Production and Project.
Having effective communication with Production and Project to ensure we fully understand customers need and expectation.
Review material readiness one week in advance before production kick off
Work together with expeditor to drive production output as per planning.
Devise contingency plan in case of any behind schedule scenario before updating Project.
Update Project in advance officially for any possibility of delay with supporting reason.
To centralize information and data via maintaining a planning master list which ownership is under Master Scheduler.
Generate weekly GRN Report according to customers
