Production Planner

Job summary

1) In charge of production planning schedule.

2) In charge of planning quarterly machine maintenance schedule.

3) Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of production floor and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO 13485 Medical Device standard at all times.

4) Liaise with sales to check and update production schedule and advise ETA of finished products.

5) Based on the production plan, assign production operator to relevant machine and its target quantity.

6) Prepare work order to production assistant and mixer to prepare the raw material according to the plan.

7) Update completed work order quantity into the system when applicable.

8) Generate reports for management review (productivity report, wastage report etc).

9) Ensure sufficient stock for finished product and no out of stock issue.

10) Liaise with raw materials vendor to achieve JIT production.

11) Manage raw material inventory.

12) Liaise with Freshening overseas counterpart for ordering of finished products.

13) Liaise with technician to ensure machine spare parts are available.

14) In charge of ordering machine parts from supplier.

15) Supervise and manage production team (training, leave approval, personal issues).

16) Assist in ISO, EU MDR audit and preparation.

17) Any other area of responsibilities that the company deems necessary.

Competency requirements

1) Minimum Diploma level.

2) Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central proficiency will be an added advantage.

3) Communication skills.

4) Fluent in mandarin to communicate with operators.

5) At least 2 year of relevant experience.

6) Able to understand basic fundamentals of machine operations and production workflow.

7) Able to adapt to changes quickly and give clear instructions to production team.

Working Hours
Monday - Friday : 8 30am - 5 45pm (1 Hour Break)
Saturday: 8 30am - 2 30pm (1 Saturday Shift Every 4 Weeks)
