The Role:
- Develop, issue, and maintain detailed daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders, forecast demand, and project priorities.
- Create production schedules considering machine capacity, labour availability, tooling requirements, and material readiness.
- Work closely with Procurement and Warehouse to ensure raw materials, components, and consumables are available to support production schedules.
- Track work orders, manufacturing status, and production completion against plan.
- Prepare and issue production progress reports, delay analysis, and recovery plans.
What Do You Need to Have
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management.
- Candidates must possess at least 2 years experience of working on a Production Planner or other similar position within manufacturing environment. Those with working experience within Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) manufacturing environment will be preferred.
- He/she must possess working experience with production planning and quality control activities.
- Candidates must possess working experience in manufacturing resource planning.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP system.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication abilities.
