Production Planner (6-Month Contract) | Tuas

Our client is a US MNC and one of the world's largest companies in the Oil & Gas Manufacturing industry. They are seeking a Production Planner to support their manufacturing operations on a 6-month contract.

Duration: 6-Month Contract

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm (Fully Office-Based)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage production orders and support daily shop floor execution
• Plan and schedule routine production orders to ensure timely delivery
• Release production orders in accordance with established guidelines
• Coordinate production schedules using dispatch reports
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize material flow
• Maintain accurate production and process documentation
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve production and scheduling issues
• Support continuous improvement in production planning processes

Requirements

• Basic understanding of end-to-end manufacturing planning processes
• Hands-on experience with SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA
• Experience in process documentation
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, procurement, or customer service
• Knowledge of production planning concepts such as MRP, forecasting, inventory management, and Excel is an advantage
