Key Responsibilities & duties
- Operate production equipment such as filler, presser and packing machines.
- Conduct in process quality checks (texture, weight, appearance, temperature) and record the results accordingly.
- To follow the SOP at all time.
- Follow GMP, food safety and workplace safety guidelines at all time.
- Report any equipment/machine malfunction, safety hazards or quality issue to the supervisors immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work area according to sanitation and cleaning standards.
- To follow daily production planning accordingly and complete all the production records timely and ensure correct data is recorded.
- To follow any adhoc task from the superiors.
Requirement / Qualification
- 1 to 2 years of experience in food manufacturing / production environment
- Basic understanding of GMP, food hygiene or HACCP is an added advantage.
- Able to perform physical work, including lifting and operating machinery.
- Ability to follow work instructions accurately and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingly to work shifts, weekends or overtime when required.
- Good teamwork, responsibility and attention to detail.
