Production Operator

The Production Operator supports workshop and manufacturing operations by operating machinery, tools, and equipment within the production environment. The role involves performing structured and repetitive manufacturing tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.

生产操作员通过在生产环境中操作机器、工具和设备,支持车间及生产运作。该岗位需按照标准操作流程、安全要求及质量标准,执行结构化及重复性的制造工作。

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

主要工作职责:

1. Manufacturing & Production Operations

生产与制造操作

Operate production machinery, equipment, and tools as assigned.

Perform tasks such as filing, sawing, soldering, polishing, buffing, stamping, cutting, deburring, and basic machining.

Assist in material preparation, handling, and processing according to job requirements.

Carry out repetitive production tasks according to work instructions and schedules.

Support mould, stamping, milling, lathe, EDM, or related operations where required.

按照指示操作生产机器、设备及工具。

执行锉削、锯切、焊接、抛光、打磨、冲压、切割、去毛刺及基础机加工等工作。

根据工作要求协助进行材料准备、搬运及加工。

依据工作指示及生产计划执行重复性的生产任务。

在需要时协助模具、冲压、铣床、车床、EDM 或相关生产操作。

2. Machine Handling & Process Support

机器操作与流程支持

Set up machines, tooling, fixtures, and materials for production activities.

Monitor machine performance and report malfunctions or irregularities to supervisors.

Perform basic adjustments, tool changes, and set-ups as instructed.

Support test runs and production trials when required.

为生产活动进行机器、工具、夹具及材料的基本设置。

监控机器运行状况,并向主管汇报任何故障或异常情况。

根据指示进行基本调整、更换工具及设置工作。

在需要时协助进行试产或生产测试。

3. Quality & Workmanship

质量与工艺要求

Follow approved drawings, samples, and specifications during production.

Conduct basic visual and dimensional checks on work pieces.

Handle materials and finished goods carefully to prevent damage or defects.

在生产过程中遵循已批准的图纸、样品及规格要求。

对工件进行基本的外观及尺寸检查。

小心处理材料及成品,避免损坏或产生缺陷。

4. Work Conditions

工作环境要求

Willingness to work overtime when required.

Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physically demanding work.

Able to work in conditions involving prolonged standing or sitting and exposure to warm workshop environments.

在需要时愿意配合加班工作。

能够适应重复性及体力要求较高的工作。

能够在长时间站立或久坐,以及较高温度的车间环境中工作。
