About the Role
Step into a hands-on role where you are the heartbeat of our operation. As a Production Specialist, you'll ensure our advanced manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently, making products that matter.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated machinery with safety as the top priority.

• Conduct quality checks to maintain our high-standard products.

• Accurately log simple production data.

• Uphold a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

• Follow established procedures to ensure reliable and consistent output.

Your Rewards & Growth

Compensation:

• Basic Salary: $2,500 - $3,300 per month (commensurate with experience)

• Additional Earnings: Night shift allowance (up to $25/night) + overtime opportunities

• Annual Benefits: 13th-month salary + performance bonus (typically 1-2 months)
