Production Operator

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operators to support daily manufacturing operations. This role involves hands-on production work, ensuring products are prepared, processed, and packed according to company standards in a safe and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities | 工作职责

1.Production Operations 生产操作

• Perform daily production tasks such as cooking, filling, dicing, and packing of goods.
  执行生产部流水线日常操作,包括烹煮、填充、切割、包装等
• Operate weighing equipment to measure materials accurately.
  使用称重设备准确测量材料

2.Material Handling & Packing 物料处理与包装

• Prepare cartons and perform labelling for finished goods.
  准备包装用的箱子并进行贴标签
• Load and unload goods (above 10kg per carton) onto pallets.
  搬运超过10公斤的货物并堆放在托盘上

3.Housekeeping & Safety 清洁与安全

• Carry out cleaning duties including wiping, mopping floors, and disposing of waste in production areas.
  负责生产区域的清洁工作,包括擦拭、拖地及处理垃圾
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with company requirements.
  确保符合公司卫生与安全标准

4.Additional Duties 其他职责

• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors or management.

Skills & Competencies 任职技能

• Able to follow instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  能够遵守操作流程
• Able to perform job duties involving manual handling (lifting 15-25kg) and prolonged standing in a production environment
  能够执行涉及体力操作的工作,包括搬运15-25公斤货物及在生产环境中长时间站立
• Responsible, hardworking, and team-oriented

• Basic understanding of workplace safety and hygiene

Job Requirements 任职要求

• Minimum Primary / Secondary education (PSLE / GCE N / O Levels) preferred
• 至少小学或中学教育
• No prior experience required on-the-job training will be provided.
• 无需相关经验,公司提供在职培训
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• 具备积极的工作态度及良好的学习意愿
• Must be willing to work overtime when required
• 愿意在需要时配合加班
• Must be willing to relocate to Senoko Factory (by end of 2026)
• 愿意配合公司安排,于2026年底前调动至兀兰SENOKO的工作地点

Job Details:

• Working hours: 5 days work week, Monday to Friday (7:30 AM-5 PM), onsite
• 工作时间:每周工作5天(星期一至星期五,上午7:30至下午5:00)需到公司现场工作
• Salary package: Basic salary + yearly performance bonus + Overtime + Attendance incentive
