- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently to meet processing requirements
- Inspect equipment regularly to detect malfunctions, needed repairs, or part replacements
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to sustain production quality and efficiency
- Clean and dismantle machining parts to support equipment upkeep
- Follow supervisor instructions to complete assigned tasks within deadlines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area to comply with safety standards
- Recommend improvements to production processes to increase efficiency and safety
- Participate in waste management initiatives to reduce operational waste
- Identify and report unsafe operations promptly to supervisors to prevent accidents
- Assist junior operators by providing guidance and support in their tasks
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the company to support production goals
