Production Operator

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate punching and polishing machines efficiently and safely.
• Drill entries into plates according to specifications.
• Install parts onto enclosures with precision.
• Perform self-inspection of completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and workstation after each task.
• Collaborate closely with co-workers, team leaders, and the Production Supervisor to meet production goals and quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.
• Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations.
• Ability to adapt to varying production timelines and schedules.
• Strong team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Skilled in using portable power tools and hand tools.
• Experience in safe and proper use of fabrication tools is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and diagrams (manual or CAD-based) training will be provided if necessary.
• Prior experience operating CNC machines is an advantage.
