Roles & Responsibilties:
- Carry out the operation of process plant and production related equipment safely and efficiently, under the direction of CCR Operator and Production Supervisor. Act as a Leader to all Production Operation team using the senior experience and knowledge for a world class operation.
- Start up, operate and shut down process and process-related plant, gas injection, water treatment and gas systems etc. as required or under the direction of the CCR Operator and Production Supervisor. Ensure the safe and efficient operation of process plant, systems and associated equipment during the shift, and to ensure proper handovers during shift change.
- Operate : The FCS system Well control equipment and panel Process and process-related valving.Monitor the correct functioning of plant equipment and instrumentation. Optimize production and chemicals as instructed.
- Monitor the correct functioning of plant equipment under direction of the Production Superintendent. Make adjustments to production streams and well streams.
- Assist as required: Contractor personnel Maintenance Department.
- Carry out work in a safe and responsible manner, in compliance. Expected to be familiar with MODEC HSE Policies, understand emergency response duties, and ensure that the FPSO Waste Management Plan is being followed.
- Ensure that the PTW system is adhered to and be the performing authority once the the area authority if required.
- Knowledge of C&E (cause & effects diagram).
- Be responsible for field readings as instructed and to keep the topsides cleaned, organized and safely.
- Assist to training the new operators.
- Be familiar with safety and operation standards and client procedures.
- Follow the HMI (Booster Gas Compressor, HP compressors, MEG regeneration) on the e-house.
- Perform the work orders as required.
- Provide faithful information to client (if requested) and Modec managers with Production Supervisor awareness.
- Participate in commissioning / decommissioning as required.
- Ensure that Modec Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Policy is clearly understood as well as the HSEQ MS Roles and Responsibilities.
Safety Critical Task:
.Provide the Process Supervisor / Production Superintendent and the OIM with information during an emergency and assist with emergency response as per procedures and instructions.
.Perform the duty of Permit Issuer, monitoring for permit conflict within areas.
Ensure isolations are in compliance with the MODEC Isolation Philosophy and PTW system.
Educational Qualification:
High School Degree - Mandatory
Technical School Degree - Expected.
Engineering Degree - Optional
Relevant Experience:
Minimum experience of 3 years on offshore Process Operations / experience Offshore oil and gas / FPSO experience during Operations Phase.
Experience and knowledge of hydrocarbon processing and utility systems.
Experience on Permit-to-work system, isolations system and risk assessments.
Languages:
Fluent English - Required to communicate to internal & external stakeholders
