We are looking for a hardworking Production Operator who works well in a team. You'll help us meet production and quality goals while following safety rules.
Responsibilities
- Operate machines following established procedures to maintain consistent production flow
- Monitor products and processes to ensure they meet quality standards before moving to the next stage
- Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality
- Follow safety guidelines strictly to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete assigned tasks effectively
- Read and interpret operation manuals to perform tasks accurately
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support production goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors
- Willingness to learn and adapt through provided training
- Residence in the west region of Singapore is preferred but not required
