Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact

As a Production Operator, your primary focus will be on running and maintaining machinery on our manufacturing line, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in the production of our electronic products. Your day-to-day tasks will include machine setup, assembly, and conducting quality checks through inspections and testing. You will also be responsible for packaging the finished products, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and adhering to our strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols. This role often requires physical stamina and the ability to work in shifts. As a crucial member of our team, you will play a vital role in meeting our production targets by closely monitoring processes, identifying defects, and promptly reporting any issues to your supervisors.

Be Part of Our Success

• Assemble units following time ticket/production traveller released by the processor engineer and production supervisor instructions.
• Adhere to ESD control requirements in accordance with Electrostatic control procedures.
• Check the expiry of shelf-life items before use.
• Fill up applicable fields in the time ticket/production traveller, ensuring proper record of date in, date out, signatory, and stamp.
• Clarify any doubts with the production supervisor regarding the assembly process and safety in the process.

Qualities We Value

• Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001).
• Basic understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and production SOPs.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, or OT when required.
• Competent handling miniature components with tweezers.
• Ability to handle and solder components using a microscope.
• Ability to produce consistent quality workmanship on repetitive manual processes.
