Salary: $1,800 - $2,200+ (Higher for experienced candidates)

Shift Allowances:
. Afternoon Shift: +$9/day
. Night Shift: +$16/day

Rotating 3 Shift Schedule
. 7AM - 3PM
. 3PM - 11PM
. 11PM - 7AM

5.5 Days Work Week
Alternate Weekends Off (6-5-6-5 schedule)

Job Responsibilities:
. Operate production machines and equipment
. Perform visual inspection on medical wire products
. Ensure product quality and follow SOPs strictly
. Maintain cleanliness and safety in production area
. Support packing and production activities as assigned

Requirements:
. Manufacturing / production experience is an advantage
. Able to work rotating shifts
. Responsible and willing to learn
