Responsibilities:
- Participate in daily production meetings to review results, upcoming plans, priorities, corrective actions, production strategies, reworks and material status.
- Communicate all key area indicators (WIP, production, quality, aging, materials, maintenance, hygiene, attendance, risks, reworks, capacity, etc.).
- Review shift status with Cell Leaders run quick supervisor meetings to set priorities.
- Work with the Manufacturing Manager on training, teamwork, and motivation.
- Set clear targets for staff manage attendance, turnover, efficiency, and certifications.
- Maintain a positive work environment and provide ongoing training.
- Enforce discipline, safety, ISO 9000, and ISO 14000 standards.
- Motivate staff to meet quality and production targets.
- Collaborate with engineering, materials, and maintenance to resolve issues.
- Drive continuous improvement for flexibility and efficiency.
- Identify tool/equipment needs and coordinate maintenance, calibration, and certification.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering.
- 5 years of working experience in server / rack / manufacturing.
- Strong plant process knowledge and DMAIC.
- Analytical, works well under pressure, proactive, and follows conduct standards.
- Effective communicator, responsible, initiative-driven, with leadership and interpersonal skills.
