Production Manager (Steel Structure)

• Basic up to $6,500

• (Mon to Fri) - 8am to 5:30pm /(Sat) - 8:30am to 11:30 am (Alternate Sat)

Our client has a long-term presence in Singapore - stable pipeline, structured operations, and consistent projects with strong ownership over production, manpower, and yard operations. You will be managing real fabrication and site-critical materials - not just office operations.

Job Description:

• Manage and oversee daily production operations in the steel fabrication at yard.

• Plan and monitor fabrication schedules to ensure timely project delivery.

• Lead and supervise fabrication team supervisors, foremen, and workers to ensure efficient operations and achievement of production targets.

• Organize machines, workstations, and material flow to improve productivity and efficiency.

• Coordinate with Senior Factory Manager, Engineers, Procurement teams and site team for material and production planning.

• Ensure all fabricated steel components meet required drawings, specifications and quality standards.

• Ensure fabrication machines (CNC cutting, laser cutting, welding machines, etc.) are properly maintained and operated safely.

• Enforce workplace safety procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Monitor production progress and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil /Mechanical Engineering, Minimum 5 years of experience in steel fabrication production.

• Strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes, welding, and structural drawings.

• Knowledge of CNC cutting machines, laser cutting machines, robotic welding, and fabrication equipment.
