- To manage production scheduling and quality control
- To plan and assist on manpower issues
- To liaise with customers on production issues and quality issues
- To be able to handle production workers work issue and work with them to find a solution
- To track, monitor and report on productivity and efficiency of production
- To conduct interview and hiring of new production workers
