Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of outputs.
- Plan and monitor production schedules, coordinating closely with internal teams to support project and operational requirements.
- Lead and supervise production staff, ensuring optimal manpower utilisation, productivity, and adherence to performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, technical specifications, and workplace safety regulations across all operations.
- Optimise production processes, machinery usage, and material flow to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor production progress, maintenance of equipment, and prepare reports to support management decision-making.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Strong understanding of fabrication or manufacturing processes and workflow planning.
- Familiarity with production equipment, machinery operations, and maintenance practices.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and inspection processes.
- Good understanding of workplace safety practices and compliance requirements.
- Basic ability to interpret technical drawings or plans familiarity with design or production software is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a production or yard-based environment.
