PRODUCTION MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Production Planning & Scheduling: Creating, monitoring, and adjusting schedules to meet customer demand and company goals.
• Resource Management: Managing manpower, machinery, and raw material inventory to ensure smooth operations.
• Quality & Safety Control: Ensuring products meet quality standards and that the facility adheres to all health and safety regulations.
• Process Improvement: Implementing Lean or Six Sigma projects to increase productivity, reduce waste, and lower costs.
• Budgeting & Cost Control: Estimating, negotiating, and controlling production budgets.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role.
• Knowledge: Deep knowledge of production management, quality standards (ISO), and safety regulations.
• Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of ERP software and Microsoft Office.
