- Location: Boon Lay
- Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm
- Up to 5k + Transport Allowance + AWS + VB
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production activities and ensure production targets are met.
- Collaborate closely with Quality Control to maintain high standards of product quality.
- Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure equipment is well-maintained and downtime is minimized.
- Work with Production Planning to optimize production schedules and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with Warehouse and Purchasing to ensure timely availability of raw materials and delivery of finished goods.
- Foster a positive working environment through cross-functional collaboration.
- Monitor production performance and make adjustments to improve processes as necessary.
- Lead and manage a production team to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in production management or related fields.
- Good knowledge of production processes, quality control, and maintenance management.
- Knowledge and experience in F&B quality matter, FSSC, ISO etc.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
