Job Title: Production Manager
Monthly Salary: UP to $8,500
Working Address: Tuas
Working hours: 5 Day work week (Able to work on Public Holiday if needed)
Responsibilities and duties
- Developing production plans, setting objectives, and managing schedules to meet demand.
- Train and manage staff.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Identify and address production issues and area(s) for improvement.
- Ensuring proper maintenance and repair of production machinery to minimise downtime.
- Prepare production reports and communicate with upper management regarding production goals and results.
- Monitoring raw material and finished goods inventory, coordinating with procurement.
- To ensure the prompt and efficient preparation and service in all food areas to the company's standard and to the customers satisfaction.
- Generate product labelling, ensuring accuracy.
- Observe and maintain safety levels with particular attention to machinery and electrical equipment.
- Follow standard working methods, quality procedures, processes, and safety guidelines
Qualification and Requirements
- WSQ Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene Level 3 will be ideal
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Production Manager
- Must be physically fit and strong as the job requires carrying of stocks and long hour standing environment.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work in the Tuas area.
