Blinds Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Blinds Production Manager to lead our production team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production scheduling
• Lead and supervise the production team to ensure quality and productivity
• Ensure orders are completed accurately and delivered on time
• Manage raw materials, stock control, and production planning
• Improve workflow efficiency and reduce material wastage
• Coordinate closely with Sales & Operations on order timelines and installation requirements
• Maintain factory discipline, safety standards, and SOP compliance
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Experience in blinds production preferred
  (Roller Blinds / Zebra Blinds / Outdoor Zip Blinds / Venetian / Honeycomb etc.)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Able to manage production timelines, quality control, and KPI targets
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
