About the role:
We are seeking a producer to lead the development and execution of our client&aposs experiential events. You will be ensuring the delivery of high quality events from the start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of event production from pre production logistics, vendor management, on site execution and post event.
- Develop and manage comprehensive event budgets, identify opportunities for revenue generation and achieve strategic goals.
- Create and oversee production timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams, departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of the event.
- Venue research & booking, admin tasks - securing permits, insurance requirements and expense reports and invoices.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in the event production industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strategic and innovative mindset.
- Experience in vendor negotiations and managing detailed budgets.
- Strong network of trusted vendors and venues.
- Understanding of technical production and a basic knowledge permitting processes.
