Job Summary

A Construction Production Manager supports project production by planning and coordinating daily site operations, tracking schedules, managing subcontractors, and ensuring work meets budget and safety standards. They serve as a key link between on-site teams, consultants, and management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily construction site operations to ensure smooth project progress
• Track project schedules to monitor milestones and deadlines for timely completion
• Manage subcontractors by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and resolving issues
• Ensure construction work complies with budget constraints and safety regulations
• Facilitate communication between on-site teams, consultants, and upper management to align project goals
• Monitor site activities to identify and mitigate risks affecting project delivery and safety

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in construction production management
