Production Manager (Automation Manufacturing/Expat Package to Mexico)

-Oversee and supervise molding process to ensure high quality products are made in a timely manner
-Organize the daily activities to ensure smooth operations
-Provide appropriate training, as well as maintain and evaluate training records of production personnel
-Ensure product quality and production efficiency by the close monitoring of production processes and implementing appropriate corrective actions (Form U, A, T)
-Enforce correct and safe work practices and maintain good housekeeping at all times
-Organize to meet customers deadline with process engineers and technicians
-Initiate corrective actions and follow-up until resolved.
-Make further improvement of the machine parameter setting and advice on the amendment of Operation Instructions (OI)
-Stop production when product quality does not conform to specifications

Requirements:
-Diploma/Degree with specialization in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering with strong automation and process optimization experiences
-At least 3 to 6 years of management experiences in production process (Plastic processing/injection molding added advantage)
-IT skills (MS Office)
-Independent and able to multi-task in fast paced environment
-Hired permanently as an employee in Singapore and willing to work in Mexico with expatriate package
