YOUR ROLE
You are responsible for running the shift: managing people, executing the production plan, and ensuring safety, quality, and output targets are met in real time.
- Production Output - Meet production targets, linearity of WIP and maximize the capacity of equipment.
- Production Yield & Quality - Raise awareness and improve overall fab yield.
- Production Discipline & Manpower Allocation - Foster a highly disciplined and productive workforce.

- Workforce Discipline - To maintain a good audit prod and follow up.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Industrial/Manufacturing, Electronics, Mechanical, or related technical field.
- 2-5 years experience in high‑volume manufacturing semiconductor, electronics, or similar cleanroom/automated environment preferred.
- Strong communication, coaching, and conflict‑handling skills.
- Ability to organize manpower, assign tasks, and manage breaks while maintaining output.
- Comfortable working in a 24/7 shift environment (rotating shifts, weekends, nights).
