Production Lead

Position Summary

Lead a team of production operators to meet production schedules, ensure production targets are met with effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

- Direct and supervise production operators to perform correct assembly task according to Work Instructions

- Work closely with QA staff to meet quality requirements

- Work closely with store personnel

- Distribute work orders to ensure production continuity

- Follow through on hot expedites

- Ensure proper handling and packing of products

- Observe safety and ensure production team abide by Good 5s Housekeeping philosophy (to maintain a neat and tidy workplace)

- Any ad-hoc task as assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications Summary

Experience:

This position requires minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Production Lead and minimum

5 years of experience in production

Education:

Minimum GCE O level certification or equivalent qualifications

Skills:

Technical Skill Requirements

- PC literate at basic levels

Behavioural Skill Requirements

- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure

- Good team player

Working hours:

Mon to Fri: 8:30am to 6pm
