Support end-to-end production planning and execution for small-scale events, including preparing production timelines, run sheets, and logistics coordination.
Develop detailed production schedules and timelines, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are clearly defined and met.
Support the Production Manager in the end-to-end execution of large-scale and complex events, including pre-production planning, on-site coordination, and post-event wrap-up.
Assist in post-production activities, including account settlements and post-mortem documentation.
Provide on-site support during rehearsals and events, including supervising vendors, setting up production spaces, managing timelines, and assisting with any troubleshooting needs.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Technical Theatre, Arts Management, Event/Production Management, Media, Entertainment, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in production coordination or event operations, preferably in theme park, entertainment, or live events settings.
Understanding of production workflows including scheduling, budgeting, and logistics.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and irregular hours based on event/show schedules.
Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, as required by park-based events or activations.
