PRODUCTION ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN

Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a hard-working production technician to assist in the manufacturing process. The Production Specialist's responsibilities include keeping the production area clean, preparing machinery and equipment for use, working the production line as instructed, and strictly following health and safety guidelines.

To be successful as a production worker you should be able to work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy. An outstanding production worker should be able to maintain production standards and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality.

Production Worker Responsibilities:

. 5S cleanliness discipline

. Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.

. Assembling products and parts and performing in-process QC checks.

. Following production guidelines and specifications.

. Finalizing and packaging products for shipment.

. Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment.

. Work closely with production team and meet monthly production targets.

. Reporting any issues to the supervisor.

. Performing other tasks as assigned.

. Preparing Standard Operating Procedure

. Procurement

. Harnessing and soldering, following IPC standards and ESD practices

. Assemble mechanical parts

Production Specialist Requirements:

. N level / O level / ITE graduate

. Harnessing and soldering skills

. Previous experience working in a factory is beneficial.

. Experience operating manufacturing machinery includes electro-mechanical assembly skills.

. Able to work as part of a team. Good team player.

. Good communication skills.

. Ability to read wiring diagrams and assembly drawings

. Physical dexterity.

. Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
