Production Engineering

1. Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

2. Analyse workflow, equipment, and production methods to identify areas for improvement.

3. Provide technical support to resolve process or equipment issues.

4. Coordinate workflow between workshop sections (mechanical, electrical, testing).

5. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and minimal downtime.

6. Enforce EHS standards and safe work practices in the workshop.

7. Lead or support projects related to new product introduction, process upgrades, or equipment installation.

8. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including ESD, Site Team and Workshop.

9. Prepare reports on production efficiency, costs, and improvement initiatives.

10. Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
