- Trouble shoot and repair faulty production equipment
- Improve and upgrading of Production equipment hardware and control (software)
- Identify and rectify issues for quality improvement / scrap reduction
- Update and manage equipment spare parts
- Installation and qualification of new processes and equipment
- Support new program or product model start-up
- Support Production Overtime in weekday, weekend, Sunday and Public Holiday
- Minimizing machine downtime, scrap raw materials / products
- Maintaining correct spare parts inventory and product quality
- Collaborate with production operators / supervisor and other support group
Requirements
- At least Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 years of similar experience in the manufacturing industry problem-solving skills
- Able to perform shift work.
- Support manufacturing overtime during weekday, weekend, Sundays and Public Holiday with rotational days off.
- Good team player
