Production Engineer

Overseeing the day-to-day production operations

Analysing production data and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, maintenance, and quality control, to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Developing and optimising production schedules, work instructions, and standard operating procedures

Providing technical support and guidance to production staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards

Participating in the design and implementation of new manufacturing technologies and equipment

Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators to support data-driven decision-making

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in a production engineering role, preferably within the Mechanical Engineering industry

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control

Proficiency in data analysis and the use of process improvement tools

Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
