Production Engineer (L3 Support, Financial Services)

We are hiring a Production Engineer to support enterprise Data & Messaging platforms in a regulated banking technology environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide L3 production support for Kafka and data platforms
• Monitor systems, investigate alerts, and resolve production incidents
• Perform Unix/Linux troubleshooting (logs, processes, scheduling, performance)
• Execute production changes following ITIL / change management
• Work closely with development, infrastructure, and global operations teams

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years in IT production support / operations / application support
• Strong Unix/Linux expertise (mandatory)
• Experience supporting Kafka or messaging platforms
• Solid production mindset (incidents, root cause, stability)
• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments is a plus
