Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineer to join our team. This entry-level role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and contribute to the optimization of our production processes. The Production Engineer will assist the General Manager in various tasks related to process improvement, Production Planning & Schedule and data analysis, and will also gain hands-on experience in direct production activities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze production processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements
- Collect and analyze production data, including output, downtime, and quality metrics, to support decision-making
- Support the implementation of process improvements and efficiency initiatives to enhance production performance
- Troubleshoot production issues and equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime and maintain workflow continuity
- Assist in materials and production planning and scheduling to ensure timely and efficient operations
- Manage inventory and track materials to maintain accurate stock levels and support production needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma / ITE in Mechanical, Industrial, or related field
- Willingness to perform physical tasks related to production
