Join our Application team to help modernise our Data and Messaging ecosystem. As a Production Engineer, you will ensure the operational stability of our platforms and support teams as their needs evolve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L3 production support for Kafka and Qlik platforms.
- Monitor platforms, investigate alerts, and resolve production incidents.
- Perform Unix/Linux troubleshooting (logs, processes, scheduling, performance).
- Execute production changes following ITIL and change management processes.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and global operations teams.
Qualifications:
- 56 years of experience in IT production support or operations.
- Experience in banking or regulated environments is a plus.
- Strong Unix/Linux expertise.
- Experience with Apache Kafka using Kerberos.
- Proficiency in log analysis, monitoring, and production troubleshooting (Splunk, Dynatrace).
- Strong interest in IT infrastructure and security.
- Rigorous, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
