Responsibilities:

• Own product quality by ensuring manufacturing processes consistently deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality products while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead the development, review, and maintenance of manufacturing documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, FMEA, Control Plans, and Management of Change (MOC) processes.
• Investigate production, process, and customer quality issues through root cause analysis, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Optimise manufacturing processes using data-driven approaches, including SPC/SQC, process monitoring, control schemes, and production parameter improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process reliability, support capital projects, and ensure compliance with EH&S, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead process engineering activities such as equipment installation, commissioning, process optimisation, and knowledge sharing to enhance operational efficiency and plant performance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• . At least 3 years experience in process engineering and working in a chemical plant.
